Our Story
Chez Tang is a bistronomic restaurant in Saran on Route Nationale 20 — minutes from Orléans. Among Saran restaurants, it's the go-to address for cuisine inspired by Asian traditions, with Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai influences.
Rooted in Saran for years, the Chez Tang restaurant took on a new lease of life in October 2021 with the arrival of Aune.
Inspired by his roots and his French upbringing, the young entrepreneur transformed the establishment into a meeting place between modernity and tradition.
His vision: to break the image of an Asian cuisine too often seen as "cheap", and restore its nobility through fine produce, a precise hand and a personal sensibility. For tradition is not a single road, but a constellation of family recipes, stories and inherited flavours.
Today, Chez Tang is the fruit of a passionate human adventure, where every dish tells a unique story of sharing and renewal.
